The Open Water course is the safest way to start your diving adventure! Equipment and diving skills provide you with complete pleasure while diving, and starting is simple. When you complete the course you will become a certified SSI diver.
SSI certification is recognized worldwide, which opens up unlimited possibilities for your future diving experience. However, the fun doesn’t stop here! Discovery Scuba

The purpose of the dive is to introduce the customer to the diving equipment and dive to a depth of 6 meters.

When you complete the course you will become a certified SSI diver.
SSI DISCOVERY SCUBA DIVE
Ideal for beginner divers or for those who just want to try diving. No prior knowledge or license is required.
After a short introductory theoretical part, the participants will dive in with the guidance of the instructor up to 10 m deep. The course lasts approx. 30-45 min. This program is an ideal introduction into other diving courses. No matter whether you want to explore a little underwater life or try dive training, this program is the perfect choice.
The dive is done from the coast and we have secured transportation for all candidates. The course is done individually or in groups. The price of the program includes all professional diving equipment, getting to know the equipment and the necessary basics for your first dive and instructor’s support.

SSI OPEN WATER DIVER
No prior knowledge or familiarity with scuba diving is required. The course is done in combination with theoretical lectures. The course lasts 4 days and takes place individually or in groups with the expert guidance of the instructor.
The Open Water Diver course consists of personalized online training combined with the basic diving exercises in the water. After diving from the beach and learning the basic exercises necessary for safe diving, the participants dive up to 18 m deep.
Upon completion of the course, candidates will obtain an internationally recognized certificate or digital certificate.
Children aged 10 to 15 will receive a certificate of completion of the OWD JUNIOR course, and after the age of 15 they will automatically receive an OWD degree without additional examination.
The specificity of OWD JUNIOR is that children aged 10 to 12 have a limit on the depth of the dive, diving deeper than 12 m is not allowed.

ADVANCED ADVENTURER
This program allows you to try out five different open water diving specialties from the SSI special program.
It is not obligatory to finish each specialty. This is the perfect way to get to know and try out your diving skills and explore what specialty suits you best.
After the course, a digital certificate is obtained.

Diving with a speedboat
Half-day excursion
We organize two diving trips by day with a speedboat:
Morning:
departure at 10:00 and return around 13:00
Afternoon:
departure at 16:00 and return around 19:00
Departure time is subject to change.
The day before the dive position is determined for the next day. Every dive is carried out with the assistance of the Diving center’s professional staff who will acquaint you with the content of the dive site.
Full day excursion
We also offer full-day excursions.
Departure in the morning with the expert team of Diver Krk towards one of the diving locations.
After the first dive there is a break for rest or a meal (not included in the price) and then departure to the next dive site.
Return is in the afternoon hours to the harbour / diving center.
Night diving
For our divers we also offer night diving in one of our attractive dive sites.
The schedule is not specifically determined, but it is done in agreement with the guests of the center.

About us
It all began in the ’80s when we started pursuing diving as a recreational sport. With the development of tourism in the city of Krk and the demand for sports and recreational facilities, we started to transport divers and provide services of tank filling.
Out of love for diving and underwater world, in the summer of 1997 we decided to found a diving center (the first one on the island of Krk), when we included diving school and boat rental in our offer.
DIVER KRK Diving Center is located in the center of the town of Krk, only 100m from the sea. Thanks to a motivated team of employees, the center has rapidly evolved and with constant improvement of our employees, it has turned from a small diving school to an expansive and professionally developed diving center. We are a certified SSI and PSS diving center, we organize various diving excursions, scuba diving school, diving cruises, tank filling and scuba diving on wrecks with professional guidance and supervision. We also have a modern classroom, storage for diving equipment and a private car park.

If you want to escape the bustle of the city and crowded beaches in the days of the highest season, renting a boat is ideal for you.
Krk is surrounded by many beautiful islands and coves where you can find peace and quiet. You can just rest, swim and sunbathe, dive or explore the beautiful islands of Krk water area.
In our offer we have motorboats of different types, sizes and engine power for all tastes and needs. They can be rented with or without a skipper. All boats are newly manufactured, insured and they have the appropriate equipment. You can get all boat management instructions and suggestions for attractive destinations from our staff.
